Allison blew me away with her commitment to this shoot! She and her Mom planned everything we discussed during the pre-consultation from outfits, shoes & boots, accessories, as well as the goal to go for it and have fun! We captured these images this past November to freeze this moment in time.
We started out the day of the shoot at the studio reviewing the outfits & locations with the makeup artist - Katie Nicole Weichler. Katie prepped her hair and make...up for the first look. Allison's first two outfits were photographed at the studio both inside and outside. We went back in to kick up the makeup just a bit for the next two looks and they were taken on location. Our goal was to have a mix of edgy, sporty and soft & elegant. I do believe she captured all of those. What a beautiful, athletic and kind-hearted girl.
Allison will graduate from Perkiomen Valley High School this year and will attend the University of Richmond.
Here we are getting ready to celebrate an 11th year of Mother's Day Photo Sessions. What better reason to capture the moment, than with the one who's always there for you. This was a dream senior portrait shoot for me with Lauren and her horse! They make a beautiful pair. It Lauren's photo shoot focused around her love for her horse, Beauty. We took photos in her stall, the barn; we were all over the riding areas and even under Beauty’s favorite tree. It was so peaceful there that I didn’t want it to end.
