Here's to ten years of celebrating Motherhood. The people we've met and stories from these sessions will be some of the best my life will have endured. To the Mother's that are no longer with us, to the toddlers that are now teenagers, and to our clients that have come to this event every single year. (yes, we have them!). We applaud Mother's everywhere. Sessions are approximately 15-20 minutes. We will invite into our studio to view your gallery of 15 images approximately two weeks after your session.

We are looking forward to another wonderful year at Silverbox. So much that we've compiled our complete 2016 list of limited photo session dates. Details for each are below. Feel free to call the studio to schedule your session. 215.256.6191

Mother’s Day Sessions | May 8 Our ever-popular 20-minutes Mother’s Day photo sessions will take place on Mother’s Day this year at our Collegeville studio on 15 Willow Lane. Will there be champagne and fanfare? You betcha! It’s a great day for Grandmoms, Moms and their kiddos. Session fee ~ $100. Rain or Shine

Holiday Sessions | October 10 Good ole’ Columbus Day. A day off from school for your holiday photo sessions without having to interfere with any weekend plans. This is the first session date to sell out, so if it’s something that interests you, we suggest you schedule early. These are 20-minute sessions that will be held at our Collegeville studio on 15 Willow Lane. Session fee ~ $100. Rain or Shine

Holiday Sessions at Valley Forge | October 15 Here’s a brand new backdrop for you this year. How about some rolling hills and fields of gold? These hour-long sessions will take place at Valley Forge National Park. Session fee ~ $150. Rain date October 22nd

Holiday Sessions at Landis Tree Farm | October 16 Due to popular demand we’re bringing back our limited sessions at Landis Tree Farm in Schwenksville again this year. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful evergreens for your session. Yeah, we know it’s only the middle of October, but you may want to think blankets or plaid when getting set for your session. Session fee ~ $100. Rain date October 23rd

Halloween Sessions | October 31 Just a little thank you to anyone that had a session with us during 2016. We are having complimentary 5-10 minute costume sessions. You’ll receive the perfect low-resolution digital file for sharing with family and friends. This will take place at our studio in Skippack at 1117 Bridge Road, Creamery. Session fee ~ This one’s on us!  Rain or Shine

Gingerbread Holiday Sessions | November 8 What a sweet day this will be! How would the kiddos feel about decorating Gingerbread Houses? We’ll provide everything. They’ll start with a full constructed house, and we’ll leave the decorating up to them. Of course they’ll leave our studio with their masterpiece! This is a 45-minute session. This will take place at our Collegeville studio. Session fee ~ $150 + $25 per each gingerbread house. Photos taken inside.

Signature Sessions Need a special date and/or location? Want us to come to you? If so, our Signature Session is for you. These sessions are a bit more laid back than the above sessions and usually last about an hour or so. Drive time may apply. Session fee ~ $150.

Oh snap. Is it Monday already? We thought we'd start the week off with some fun. A Selfie Contest!

Need a selfie stick? You’re in luck! Simply head to our contest page on Facebook to post your best individual selfie in the comments section for a chance to win a selfie stick! The one with the most votes (FB Likes) wins. Winner will be announced next Monday, June 15, 2015.

Here are some tips for taking a great selfie. • Pay close attention to your background before photographing. • Know your good side or bad angles. If you cannot find the right pose, just opt for your sweetest smile! • Look for good light. • Be confident. We’re our worst critics. You’re more beautiful than you know. • Hold your phone slightly above your head. • If you wear glasses tilt your head down slightly, it helps minimize the glare. • Please stay out of the bathroom.

Thirsty? Get ready for some lemonade! Why not ring in summer and bring in the kiddos for one oh-so-sweet photo session at our studio in Skippack, Pa. You know what’s neat? This  20-minute session includes a custom smart phone app with ten viewable images that can be shared online with family and friends.  Most importantly, a portion of your proceeds will be donated to Alex’s Lemonade Stand!
