I think of this painting every 1st of May. It's entitled Snow Hill by Andrew Wyeth and hangs so beautifully in the Brandywine River Museum. It's truthfully one of my favorites of all time. I was hesitant to post this today due to the fact that it doesn't do the painting any justice, then decided to use it in order to give thanks to dear ole' Andrew for the inspiration you've provided to so many over the years.
Whoever came up with this idea needs a medal. Check this out...the Color Run. I'm signed up and so excited. Wishing you a very colorful weekend.
